It’s always terrifying to find a new stylist who addresses your concerns and makes recommendations on what’s best for your hair. Justine is phenomenal! I LOVE my new cut! She far far exceeded my expectations.Kim did an amazing job with my lip, brow, and chin wax. Not the least bit painful & had minimal redness. The waxing process was very gentle & kind to my skin. Kim is a very well educated esthetician.The salon is very clean has a calming ambiance. Lux Salon offers many different services. Prices are very reasonable and they offer a 10% military discount. I very HIGHLY recommend Lux Salon!

Wow!! What An AMAZING and clean salon this place is! All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I came into get my hair done with Beth and she is so talented. She highlighted, layered and cut my hair and I could not be more satisfied with the level of care I received being here. I can not wait to come back. When you walk in you will be greeted by Katie the receptionist offering coffee or tea. I have been there twice and will never go anywhere else for my hair again--they are just that good. Katie the stylist is so sweet, a great listener, and treats you like a friend. I've recommended Lux to my sister and a friend who both had different stylists but loved it just as much. Our hair has always came out healthy and beautiful, giving us a newfound confidence. They also price match their products which is awesome.

I found Franky last year by searching Google and looking at the positive reviews. I’ve had both highlights and haircuts from Franky and I’ve been really happy with the results. He takes so much care and attention with my hair. He’s helped me grow my hair back from prior treatments so it’s much healthier now. I highly recommend Franky.

Love the haircut! Madi was able to get me in on such short notice and was so friendly! I love that she took her time with the wash and cut, making sure it was even and looked good! I always love a fresh haircut but the real test is seeing how I can style it at home and safe to say, its been so much fun and looks great! She is a pro!

Ande was amazing. She did a trim and a wash. She did a double French braid of my hair so that my hair would be out of my way for after my surgery. She was attentive and really good at what she does. I highly recommend Ande for any of your styling needs. I look forward to coming back and seeing her again for future trims, colors, and any other styling needs.

The staff here always make me feel like they genuinely care about me as a person and not just a client. They are ALWAYS warm and professional, and it always feels authentic. You can tell customer service is important to this team.I see Laura for lash extensions and she is so sweet. She does a fantastic job, every time. She has me as a client for life!

This was the first time in over 5 years that I have walked out of the salon feeling genuinely happy with both my hair and overall experience. As someone who is very particular about maintaining a bright blonde while keeping it healthy, finding the right stylist has been a challenge. For the first time in years, I left feeling confident, excited, and completely in love with my hair. I will definitely continue to book with Franky for my hair.

I just got my eyebrows done here today by ms. Kim and i love them, they look amazing! I am beyond satisfied. (I got a wax & tint) I came super self conscious of my eyebrows (as i did them myself), they were super uneven and messy, I didn’t think that they were fixable. It was a super quick process. I left extremely happy, they are exactly the shape and color i wanted, i no longer have to spend 20 minutes attempting to fix my eyebrows with makeup.

I loved working with Ande! I added notes of what I wanted my hair to look like and she did research and practiced before our appointment. I was so impressed with how beautiful my hair turned out! She is very friendly and great to talk to! I love how warm and friendly all the stylists and receptionists are it really builds a welcoming environment that makes you want to come back!

Maddie was so great, very welcoming personality. And her skills are amazing, she took once glance at the reference photo and was able to replicate it perfectly. If you watch her work, you can see how much focus she puts into her work. I’ve got so many compliments on my hair already. Being new to the Washington area i highly suggest coming here and asking for her.
