Stylist Internship Program

At Lux Salon & Spa, our internship program is designed to bridge the gap between school and a successful career behind the chair.

This is a hands-on, guided experience where you’ll build confidence, refine your technical skills, and learn how to grow a loyal clientele—all within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Our goal is simple:
  to help you transition from intern to a successful Level 1 stylist with confidence and clarity

 Program Options

We offer two internship tracks based on your availability and learning style:

3-Month Accelerated Program

A fast-paced, immersive experience for those ready to fully commit and grow quickly.

• Intensive, hands-on training
• Rapid skill development
• Ideal for those ready to jumpstart their career

6-Month Program

A more balanced approach that allows you to develop your skills at a steady, manageable pace.

• Structured, progressive learning
• Ideal for those with outside commitments
• Time to build confidence and consistency

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for future stylists who are:

• Licensed in Washington State (cosmetology required)
• Passionate about the beauty industry
• Eager to learn and grow
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong in communication and customer service
• Interested in building long-term client relationships
• Open to learning retail and product recommendations

Schedule

• 3–5 days per week
