This was the first time in over 5 years that I have walked out of the salon feeling genuinely happy with both my hair and overall experience. As someone who is very particular about maintaining a bright blonde while keeping it healthy, finding the right stylist has been a challenge. For the first time in years, I left feeling confident, excited, and completely in love with my hair. I will definitely continue to book with Franky for my hair.

MY HAIR HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER! Franky did an AMAZING job cutting and styling my hair! I’m pretty particular with my hair and been in the search of a hair stylist in Tacoma for years, I’ve finally found the best one! So warm and welcoming, he exceeded my expectations! He knows what he’s doing with those scissors! Thank you again! I will most certainly be back!

I just got my eyebrows done here today by ms. Kim and i love them, they look amazing! I am beyond satisfied. (I got a wax & tint) I came super self conscious of my eyebrows (as i did them myself), they were super uneven and messy, I didn’t think that they were fixable. It was a super quick process. I left extremely happy, they are exactly the shape and color i wanted, i no longer have to spend 20 minutes attempting to fix my eyebrows with makeup.

Justine was very personable and her work is very precise.

Madi is very pleasant and professional. And i will always go to her. She recomended products for my hair. Very appreciate Madi.

I loved working with Ande! I added notes of what I wanted my hair to look like and she did research and practiced before our appointment. I was so impressed with how beautiful my hair turned out! She is very friendly and great to talk to! I love how warm and friendly all the stylists and receptionists are it really builds a welcoming environment that makes you want to come back!

Maddie was so great, very welcoming personality. And her skills are amazing, she took once glance at the reference photo and was able to replicate it perfectly. If you watch her work, you can see how much focus she puts into her work. I’ve got so many compliments on my hair already. Being new to the Washington area i highly suggest coming here and asking for her.

I enjoyed my time at the salon! Cassie is wonderful! Made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She let me know what she was doing throughout the hair cut. Incredibly precise and attentive!

My daughter got a wonderful haircut from Maddie, who was professional, friendly, and very good at her job.Sierra gave her a brow wax, and she was gentle and amazing.The entire staff were all so very welcoming, and it was a truly pleasant experience. We will definitely be back!!

Beth is awesome! She has great recommendations to how my haircut would fit on my face and gave me styling tips. Shes a stylist that cares about what the client wants and her insight is very much appreciated. I left very happy with my new bangs (after being so afraid it would look weird on me) and hair cut. Very happy with Beth and looking forward to coming back :)In addition the Salon is super clean and i appreciate the very nice and welcoming receptionist's! I love the location and the parking is great!

Beth did an amazing job! She really listened to what I wanted without needing inspo pictures and made my hair feel so soft, healthy, and refreshed. The cut and styling fit me perfectly, and I appreciated the extra care she put into the appointment. She was also super easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!

He transforms my hair and just like that gives me a realistic plan on how to proceed with whatever we need to do to repair my hair. The first time in Franky's chair I looked like a new women and honestly I couldn't believe how beautiful and happy I felt afterwards. Going back for color correction and ofcourse whatever is needed on this journey to get me to my dream hair. Franky will be honest with you and send you home with homework and instructions to follow so you will never feel alone in your journey, its like having a Hair Fairy thats always on your shoulder giving you advice and patience on your way to your dream hair. Franky is the first hair stylist/color expert who doesn't just do what his clients suggest. He has an eye for what enhances the look of a client. He took the time to get to know me, and is very engaging! I finally found my salon and hair person, and am anxious to see what he has planned for me going forward. THE best experience I've ever had!

They made my son really comfortable and open to changes, helped teaching him basic skills and recommended a product that will be really effective. She was incredibly friendly to both of us and we loved her service and the way she comforted Elias with his anxiety about thinning his hair and offered additional solutions. The whole staff was super friendly and they are so welcoming. This is our second time here and will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family.

cassie was so kind and really cared about what i wanted done. there was a little mix up about what service i wanted (highlights or full color) and she never made me feel like a burden over it ! i wanted 2 shades lighter (started from very dark brown, virgin hair) and she was able to do that for me with NO bleach. this was my first time ever getting my hair done and i was soooo happy with my results i'll definitely be returning. everyone in the salon is kind and they always ask if you need any refreshments. i felt very comfortable in their space. the front desk ladies are also very sweet
