Salon Policies

Booking Appointments

We love to do specialty color appointments, extensions and Keratin smoothing treatments. Due to the long duration of these services we require a credit card to be on file for all new clients. Any card information you provide us with is encrypted within our booking system and is processed through a secure credit card merchant. This is required for cancellations that are less than 24 hrs in advance. The fee will be up to 50% of the service and will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Please remember to book your next appointment with the front desk staff while you are with us at the salon, or call ahead with ample time. Most of our staff are booked days to months in advance depending on the time of year and we cannot guarantee your preferred stylist if you wait to call last minute. 

In case of excessive no-shows and/or day of cancellations there will be a non-refundable $50 deposit required to book any future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your service at the time of checkout. 

If running late on day of appointment please call us in advance so we can ensure our staff will still be able to accommodate you to our fullest ability. Arriving after scheduled appointment time may require us to reschedule your appointment. 


We want to provide the best customer service and make every experience a retreat for all of our guests. To  accomplish this goal, we must ask that only children that have an appointment enter into the Salon & Spa areas.

We also ask that any child who comes to the salon is not left unattended and has an additional guardian with them to be able to care for them while you receive your service.

We have a limited staff who are able to accommodate children/youth haircuts so we recommend calling the salon to book any appointments.


We accept all Credit/Debit card providers as well as cash and check. 

Checks must be made out to Lux Salon & Spa. 

Email, Phone & Personal Information

Any personal information you share with us is confidential and stays within the salon. This includes name, phone number, email, card information, and pictures. 

Our salon cell phone is strictly for salon use and any pictures we ask our guests to send are for scheduling use only. 

Service Satisfaction

We want to make sure every guest who comes to see us receives the fullest extent of satisfaction and if for any reason you are unhappy with your service please let us know. Shop Policies

Refunds & Exchanges

We guarantee all of our products and if you are not satisfied with you purchase we do offer refunds and exchanges. 

We will refund any unopened or gently used hair products within 30 days from purchase. If it has been past 30 days since purchase we will be gladly willing to exchange the product for you!

Spa products, including skin care, make-up, tools, etc cannot be returned or refunded due to the personal nature of the product. Thank you for your understanding. 

Product Return Policy

Returns made within 30 days will receive a refund if the product is unused. Used products will receive a retail credit towards next retail purchase. Receipt required.
