In addition, educational classes are provided with Goldwell Color and Retail, Keratin Complex Smoothing and Hot Heads Extensions. Qualifications for Barber
- Experience with fades, edging, and undercut styles
- Willingness to learn intricate designer cuts
- Strong retail skills and ability to educate guests on at-home care products
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Working well with team members, clear communication and timeliness is a must
